A: We Ship them by Air Plane they go as Live Cargo.
?: How Much does it Cost.
A: It Cost $325.00 that Includes; Plane Ticket, Crate, Airline Travel Kit, Vet Check.
?: If I Buy two Puppies from Rock Hill Dog Ranch I Still half-to Pay $325 each for Puppy for Shipping.
A: No I can put two Puppies in one Crate for $400Total if they are under 20lbs each and under 6months old.
?: What all do I need before I bring my New Puppy Home.
?: What info do you need from me before you ship the Puppy to me.
A: I need Full Contact info of the Person or Persons that will be picking up the Puppy at the Air Port as it Appears on Drivers License, I also need Phone Numbers that I will be able to reach you at the whole time of the Shipment.
?: Will you call me after you put the Puppy on the Air Plane.
A: Yes I will call you and let you know that I have put the Puppy on.
?: How Long does it take.
A: I usely put them on in the Morning and you Pick Him or Her up in the Afternoon Evening.
?: Have you ever had any Problems Shipping Puppies.
A: No
?: Is it Easy or Hard on them.
A: It is very Easy on them I send Puppy Chow with them and so they feed and water them on the way.
?: Do you Ship into Canada.
A: Yes.
?: Does it cost more to Ship into Canada.
A: Yes and No. No You Pay me $325.00USD. and then you half-to take the Puppy to Customs you half-to Pay a small amount there is Canada Dollars.
?: Do you ship to Small Air Ports.
?: Do I get to keep the Crate.
A: Yes.
?: How big is the Crate.
A: Large 24"L X 181/2"W X 161/2"H, It will hold a Puppy up to 30lbs.
?: How much does the Puppy weigh when you ship them.
A: They weigh from 8 to 25lbs.
?: What do you put in the Crete for Absorbed meant.
A: I Put a Puppy Training Pad on the Botton and Shredder Paper it works really good.
?: How Old are they when you Ship them.
A: They are 8weeks old min.
?: Do you Ship them when it is Hot or Cold.
A: 85 F Max, 10 F Min.
?: Which Air Lines do you use.
A: North West, Sky West, Delta, Continental and American.
?: Do I make the Reservation or do you.
A: I make the Reservation, and then I call or e-mail you with the Flight Info.
?: How long in Advance do you make the Reservation.
A: With North West Cargo I will make the Reservation 10days in Advance, if you are on my list. If I just added you to my list I can make the Reservation 24hours in Advance min Monday through Friday.
?: Will you mail us a copy of the Shots and Wormers the Puppy has had
A: Yes we will mail you a copy of the Puppy Records of all the Shots and Wormers the Puppy has had and a Copy of the Puppy Health Certified from Our Vet, Microchip info, If Puppy is chipped and the Puppy AKC Papers if the Puppy is Register.
?: What do I need to take with me when I go to the Air Port to pick up my Puppy
A: Water to give the Puppy, Photo ID such as Driver License, Collar and a Leash, Towels or Paper Towels and Water Dish.
